Project Information:
Convert an empty unit space into an adventure trampoline park for public users.
This project was provided as one whole site. The
space provided for this project was completely empty
and required a full internal fit-out. The capacity of the
park was to accommodate up to 100 people and
included the following attractions 30x Trampolines, 1x
Dodgeball Area, 1x Tumble Track, 1x Battle Beam, 1x
Twist Ladder, 1x Trampoline to Airbag, 1x Platform to
Airbag, 1x Wipeout Zone, Inflatable Race Area, Slide
Park (includes 10 slides), Soft Play (50 people),
Climbing Wall (20 people) and a Main cafe.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The works comprised of:-
Demolition of existing walls
Demolition of existing ceilings
Removal of existing flooring
Removal of existing door -sets
Create new opening for external fire exit
Installation of 60 minute partition walls with insulation
Installation of structural support steels
Build new timber decking
1st & 2nd Fix Carpentry
1st & 2nd Fix Mechanical
1st & 2nd Fix Electrical
New energy efficient lighting
New A/C Unit
New vinyl flooring
New Howdens kitchen
New bespoke reception counter
New café area
New female toilet cubicles and changing room
New male toilet cubicles and changing room
New WC toilet
New suspended ceilings
Decorations
Installation of automated entrance doors
Installation of fire stopping measures
Installation of FD30 & FD60 rated fire door
BM Trada certification of installed fire doors
