Barrel ceiling at St Helier Hospital for Epsom & St Helier NHS trust

The design idea for the barrel ceiling was to help with the acoustics. We used specialised British Gypsum Line 7 Curve plasterboard and the glazed partition walls create a feeling of space whilst maintaining a contained waiting room area.

 

Charterhouse School Leisure Centre Facilities

Charterhouse School is one of the UK’s premier public schooling facilities. At Charterhouse we worked with Ecophon UK to achieve the correct level of acoustics required for the dance and fitness studio. It was critical to install suspended ceilings which would help to contain the noise, and also disperse any echo within the studio. We carried this theme through to the leisure centre corridors to keep noise levels to a minimum which was highly effective.

Costa Coffee Odeon Cinemas UK for Martek Contracts

We are currently undertaking the drylining fit out of 6 Costa Coffee outlets situated within the Odeon Cinemas across the UK from Brighton to the Trafford Centre, Manchester. Utilizing plasterboard ceilings and feature upstands, we work towards Odeon Cinema’s vision of a relaxed environment for all cinema goers. With fresh new colours and creative designs, the new coffee lounges are proving an instant hit with the general public.

 

St Pancras Chambers Hotel, London for Martek Contracts

We are proud to announce that we are currently undertaking the dry lining contract at St Pancras Chambers Hotel, London. This grade 1 listed building has been redundant since the 1960’s, but thankfully London & Continental railways together with Manhattan Loft Corporation and Galliford Try are currently transforming this great historic building into 68 luxury private apartments and penthouses. Our involvement includes: Firewall compartmentation, interior wall layouts and plasterboard suspended ceilings. This work will all be completed without disturbing the original architectural design and character.
